Calming™ Bedtime Stick

Ended up keeping it on my nightstand and reaching for it right after I turn off the lights — the stick format makes it easy to glide on without any mess, and it’s become a calming signal for my brain that it’s time to wind down.

The stick format is actually the best part—super easy to roll on right before I crawl into bed without making a mess. It works fine as part of my evening wind-down, though I do wish it felt a bit more substantial when I apply it. Still, it's become a small ritual I look forward to.
